Return & Replacement Policy
At Print & Play 3D Works, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want every purchase to exceed your expectations!
Product Issues or Defects:

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (other than minor cosmetic), we will replace it at no cost to you or provide a refund for the damaged/defective item (or store credit if preferred)

Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

Receipt or valid proof of purchase is required

Custom orders or orders with modification requests (other than colours) are not eligible for return.
Customer Satisfaction:

If the item does not meet your expectations for any reason, we may offer store credit through our Cactus Points Loyalty Program as a one time offer.

Store credit eligibility and amounts are determined at the discretion of Print and Play 3D Works

Proof of purchase is required, particularly if we are unable to locate your order through our Point of Sale/Order processing system.

If a return is required, items must be returned in original condition before refund is issued. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Print & Play 3D Works may provide a return label for returning the item(s). The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
We reserve the right to decline returns or credits in cases of misuse, excessive wear, or modifications made after purchase.
